0:00 / 0:00

Listen to a walkthrough of how to handle common objections and book the appointment.

Objection

“I'm not ready yet.”

Response
“That's perfectly fine! Most of our customers aren't ready to make a decision right away, but they find the free consultation helpful in understanding their options and planning for the future. Let's get you set up, sound good?
Objection

“I need to talk to my spouse.”

Response
“Of course! We'd love to have everyone there — the more, the merrier! Let's get them on the phone and see when you're both available. Sound good?
Objection

“I can't afford it right now.”

Response
“We work with many homeowners in the same position. That's why we offer flexible financing options to help you get started when you're ready. The consultation is free, so it's a great way to get the information you need. Let's get you set up, sound good?
Objection

“I don't think I need new windows.”

Response
“You mentioned that you're having issues like [drafts, condensation, or difficulty opening]. With those kinds of problems, it's a good idea to get a professional assessment and an idea of what it would cost to replace them, don't you think? Let's get you set up, sound good?
Objection

“I don't have time right now.”

Response
“The consultation takes just 90 minutes, and we work around your schedule. How about the weekend or an evening appointment? Let's get you set up, sound good?
Objection: “Not Ready”
“Let me set you at ease – most people don't buy anything when we visit the first time – some do – some buy later – a couple months – a couple years – some never buy – (as hard as it is to believe) some actually buy from someone else so – you won't be wasting our time – in fact – the only way we'll ever earn your business is if you give us the opportunity to make a good impression and leave you with some ideas that would improve your home – and this way – you'll lock in the price at it's lowest point for the next year – no matter what you decide, – we'll accept your NO as graciously as we'll accept your YES… And it sure seems like you'll need to replace these windows/doors sooner or later, right?

*Remember, adapt the script based on prospect responses, maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout.

Objection: One Party
“Most of our customers are very busy that's exactly why we're so flexible – we'll visit during the day – the evening or a weekend – which of those is better for the both of you?

Or

“We have so many ways to style a window or door, and with so many options I'm sure everyone will have some questions. We want to ensure we're maximizing your time you're able to maximize your time with our expert. We want to ensure everyone is on the same page on our initial visit, and then if you decide to move forward with us, and one of you would like to take over, that's perfectly fine, fair enough?

Or

“Don't worry– we'll work around your schedule – we'll visit during the day, the evening or a weekend – which of those is better for the both of you?
